FAQs
Why isn’t my password being accepted?
It might be too noisy, or your voiceprint has changed too much (triggered by lack of sleep, stress, illness)—try using different tones of voice. What passwords work better?
Short phrases that are tonally distinct would be ideal. For example, “Wrench Monkey” or “1381” is a good password while “Bye bye” or “Hi” would be too simplistic. I accidentally interrupted the setup process, how do I access drive?
In the event of an interruption during Setup, the color code sequence defaults to “Red-Red-Red-Red-Red-Red”. |
